As an Upper Valley photographer, I was delighted to be asked to photograph a surprise engagement at Riverview Farm in Plainfield, NH this fall. I remember pretending to be a passerby just photographing the zinnias in bloom and keeping one eye on the couple and as soon I saw him begin to get on one knee, I spun around and started photographing the sweet moment in the sunflower patch. I absolutely love doing couples’ photography. My favorite part of shooting a wedding for example, has always been the time away from the crowd with just the bride and groom. Anyway, I hope you enjoy these images of this sweet moment for this couple.
